A Matter of Responsibility – Your Vancouver Grad Limo Rental

Be sure you and your friends remain responsible in the limo. We all have good intentions. Yet, if there are 10 or 12 or 20 people in your limo and one person breaks an expensive TV, smokes, or throws up in your limo, the person who rented the limo is ultimately going to pay the price and the cleaning and/or repairs charged to their credit card!

It’s quite a common policy in the industry that whoever paid for the rental is ultimately responsible for preventing extra damages and resulting fees.

And, when it comes to party favours, don’t even think about bringing alcohol, drugs, or smoking in your Vancouver graduation limo. From past experience, many students have tried and failed. Unless you’re looking for an early night and a possible visit with the police, it’s highly suggested you don’t even try! Most Vancouver limousine companies follow a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to the illegal consumption of alcohol or drugs. Chauffeurs can be held liable otherwise.

Lastly, make sure you understand the terms of your service agreement. Get a contract. Having a contract for your Vancouver grad limousine rental on your special day reduces the risk of your limo not showing up or arriving late. Be sure you also have a clear understanding of what the company’s service cancellation policy is.

Securing Your Vancouver Graduation Limo Reservation

The sooner you’re prepared to place your Vancouver grad limo reservation, the better off you will be.

Remember to book your limo as early in advance as possible. Graduation and Prom season are some of the busiest times of the year for most limo companies, and you want to be sure that you get the vehicle you want, and at a reasonable rate.

Be sure you’re prepared with the necessary information such as how long you’ll need the limousine(s) for, what type of vehicle you’re after, the date of your graduation ceremony, where you’re being picked up and dropped off. If you’ve already inquired about the company’s grad limo packages, be sure to indicate which package you’re interested in.

Once you’re ready, you’ll likely need to have a credit card handy – most Vancouver limo companies require a credit card to secure your reservation. Ask if there is any charge made to the card as a deposit on the service – it’s quite common to do so – and when the charge will occur. This is also a good time to bring up what the company’s cancellation policy is.

This brings part three of our Vancouver graduation limousine series to a close. We’ve touched on several important questions and concerns, but are certain many more remain unanswered. Please feel free to comment below, and we’ll endeavour to reply to the best of our ability
