A Matter of Responsibility – Your Vancouver Grad Limo Rental

Be sure you and your friends remain responsible in the limo. We all have good intentions. Yet, if there are 10 or 12 or 20 people in your limo and one person breaks an expensive TV, smokes, or throws up in your limo, the person who rented the limo is ultimately going to pay the price and the cleaning and/or repairs charged to their credit card!

Our Vancouver limousine company recently received an industry newsletter from YVR Vancouver International Airport informing commercial vehicle operators on policies and procedures to be followed prior to, during and after the 2010 Olympics – a period ranging from February 1st to March 23rd.

Here’s an excerpt we thought important to pass on:

NEW – Staffed Ground Transportation Counters (GT Counters) will be located inside both the International and Domestic terminals to assist with curbside callups.

As a global tourist hotspot, Vancouver is fortunate in a great many ways – including our growing Vancouver Cruise Ship industry. Our Vancouver limousine company often receives inquiries about chartering limousines for a tour of Vancouver prior to embarking on an Alaskan Cruise or after debarking at one of our two world-class cruise ship terminals – Canada Place Pier or Ballantyne Pier.

Over the years, Vancouver corporate limousine & executive sedan services have become more and more popular for a number of valid reasons. Not only does the business traveler not have to worry about navigating a potentially strange city, but there are considerable other benefits realized when taking advantage of chauffeured transportation options.

Chauffeured Transportation – A Friend of Time Management

Success in business means managing one’s time wisely and directing one’s energy at the task at hand. Let a Vancouver limousine service provider look after your corporate transportation needs, so you can focus on your destination, what lies ahead and what you do best.

After a long, tiring flight, there’s nothing like finding your Vancouver limousine chauffeur waiting to take your bags and whisk you away from all the hubbub of airport travel. But how exactly do you find your limo driver in all the chaos? That entirely depends on what flight you were on and which terminal you’ve arrived at.

Domestic Arrivals – Meeting Flights From Within Canada

When you arrive at Vancouver International Airport’s domestic terminal, you’ll encounter the baggage carousels surrounded by a low stone wall. This is where you’ll typically meet your driver – at your designated carousel. Most pre-arranged Vancouver airport limo chauffeurs will be displaying a placard with your name prominently displayed on it so you can quickly and easily identify your transportation.

Limo chauffeurs will typically offer to help you with your luggage and have a luggage cart handy for you.

International & US Arrivals – Meeting Flights From Outside Of Canada

Arriving at Vancouver International Airport’s international and US terminal is a little more involved than domestic arrivals due to customs. Passengers should expect at least a 30 to 45 minute wait to collect luggage and clear customs.
